Not received File Number or any update for my PR application

Hello Friends,

I have applied for Canadian PR under category of FSWP (Chemical engineer NOC:2134) and my file reached to Nova Scotia on 15th Nov,2013. Now its 3 months but i did not receive any update from visa office. As i am living in Dubai, my visa file processing office is London. Is any one get any update where file submission is in Nov,2013 ? Can i do the follow up or wait more time ?

Even my file reached CIC on 28 Nov 2013.......
No clue till now...... My mode of payment DD......, what's your mode of payment....

Joe, what do you think, why our application process got delayed ? I have seen applicant process timeline here and almost all are getting AOR withing 60 days. Do you have any idea ? Do you know anyone in the same situation in your friends circle ?

Well I guess....... CIC might have accumulated all DDs and presented to
Respective banks in single go........, updated CAP to 300.....,
Sudden hike from 236 to 300 which means 64 applications in a single go.....
Besides, for 2134,who applied through CC are getting PERs....... Never heard a single guy with
DD payment got any news from CIC...,.,,it's my opinion buddy..

I agree with Joe logic however I was wondering that I have not heard from any guys on thi7s forum whose cc have been charged after cap of 2134 reached. Any views? ?

if reason of late is DD then we all are safe. Otherwise i am not able to see any reason to late as per process timeline.
Can we confirm that is the only reason by anyway ?

Hi buddies, my file was received there on 4th of july (nova scotia) and since then, i am facing a huge silence. I had sent the CC which is not charged as of now. I have tried to contact them no. of times through phone or reminders on mails but no use. My NOC is 2132. Let me also know when u get any updates.
