I tried to search it out on CIC website but could not get a link where it says TOEFL is fine..

I have checked it before applying to University itself, TOEFL and IELTS both were acceptable. Getting admission to university itself means language proficiency requirement has met right.

Now its almost one month (exactly 21st working day) but still no response.
Application is still showing under progress, and no response for the mail dropped too.
Does this delay in processing means a rejection ?
Did anybody ever face this kind of situation ?
