Not received acknowledgement from ND VO

Friends, I submitted my file to CIO, NS on 20/05/2010 and asked by them to submit documents to ND VO on 07/10/2010. I submitted my documents to ND VO on 21/11/2010 and speed post status shows delivered on 23/11/2010. But still date I haven't received acknowledgement from ND VO.

Please advice what to do next.

But even I am not able to see any thing in ECAS. Please advice how to contact ND VO.
