Hi all, any one faced with the situation, when according to GCMS notes CIC sent document request letter, but you didn't receive it and it is not in your MYCIC account. My account is linked and I receive all correspondence through MYCIC.

No there is no any representative. There is nothing in my email, I check it every day. And more according to CIC I need to receive emails into my CIC account after linking an application and update emails into my actual email. So even if I assume that the update email was lost in junk, The original email should be in my CIC account. So I am confused.

My wife and I applied for visitor visa together. As I was the main applicant and she was under my application. she received her letter from CIC saying that she needs to submit her passport. But I have not received yet.
Is it even possible that the main application doesn't receive his approval first?
