Not including spouse. But post ita has pr spouse form

My friend got ita pei pnp and now filling post ita forms. Now cic shows spouse pr form. And in the check list, it asks for spouse pcc, passport , digital photo and etc. Did anyone experienced
this before? Or is it like that?

It is like that if you put in EE profile that you have a spouse. Even if she/he doesn't accompany you to Canada you have to provide all the paperwork for them.

This is normal. The spouse will also have to complete a medical.
