Hi All,
This is my first post in this forum. Hope seniors will clarify my doubts.
I am having experience of 10+ years in Mainframe technologies. In February, I was fired and asked to leave the company. I've been trying since then and still didn't get a job yet. Currently, I've joined a course in SAP HANA and hopefully it will get over in a month or so. I am planning to apply for PR through express entry. In the process of getting the transcripts from my colleges now, hopefully by early next week I will be able to send the transcripts to WES for evaluation. Now my questions are:
1) Will it be a problem for being jobless for the last 3 months or more?
2) If it is not a problem, when do I need the reference letter from my previous employer (as I don't have a current employer now)? Will it
be valid, assuming I don't have job at the time after I receive the ITA (just thinking of worst case scenario).
3) I know I have to use the NOC as 2174 for software developer. As I mentioned above, I am doing a course in SAP now, if at all I am given
a PR, is it ok to search job under 2171 (Information systems analysts and consultants) ?
Expecting your valuable inputs/suggestions/clarifications.
