Not heard from CIC on my application

Hi Experts,

I had put in my application for federal skilled worker in July but its already end of November and I havnt heard anything from CIC on my application . I understand that I might have been rejected but for that at least I need my back or any kind of intimation from there end. Can you please tell if there is any way of getting in touch with them to know my application status.

Hi Buddy..

We both are on the same boat.. You can try the below to get information on your appication..

To know the status of your application by calling cic from outside canada
dial - 0016139444000
select 1 for English
then 1 for foreign affair
2 for immigration
call is being transferred to cic
then 1 for English
2 for status
1 for PR
8 digit client id number will be asked
listen the request 3 times without entering client id number
then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc
then agent will check in the system and shall give feedback

Your application was definitely received after the cap was reached. If you manage to speak with someone at CIC, hopefully they can tell you when you can expect to recieve your application back.

Hey guys,

I got to call CIC and they reverted that they cant help in the case of fsw application (economic) and i need to contact nova scotia . I have mailed nova scotia and i hope they revert back soon.

Any idea how time do they generally take to revert.
