Not getting NOI from Ontario

Hi,

I have registered my profile in Express Entry pool on May 27th, 2018 with CRS score 404.

I am reading on the forum and on the Ontario’s website that they issue NOI under HCP stream to profiles with score more than 400 without a job offer. But, in my case I am not getting any NOI. Should I re-register my profile or wait for NOI.

Any suggestions?

All you can do is wait. Not everyone with more than 400 points receives a nomination.

I have read that, people do re-register profile again and again. Does that make any difference?
