Not Getting Any Update Regarding The Visa Application over 2 Months Apart From An Auto-Response. How to Reach ?

I applied for tourist visa application from Turkey and although I have American visa as well as over 20 stamps in my passport, I could not still receive anything regarding the result of the application. When I not only send an e-mail to the respective embassy, but also raise a web form on Canada website, all I get is an auto-response. Is there any way to reach out to them and explain my situation? Because I'm anxious about that my application may be missed due to high volume of applications.
