Not getting any response from IRCC

Hi Everyone,
My Sister had applied for Canada's study permit since starting of August and still she got no response of anything.
After checking on the website of IRCC key still there are showing that the file is under process and currently there are looking at the background status.
Is there any one facing the exact same problem or its just my sister.
If anyone can help me out and can discuss something with me it would be very helpful and grateful.

Nothing out of the ordinary. Processing not including biometrics averages 15-16 weeks. Her file is under process. Raise a webform if you want. When you say she has not been getting any response, have you raised a webform?

Yeah, she belongs to the forgotten group. Same as mine, there is huge thread in this forum wailing and crying about this I am also one of them.
Dont worry it will come, they have started working on our Aug submitted files, end of the month should be done. But never fully depend on IRCC, have a backup plan!

Me waiting from 5th july.. so relax..there are many of waiting like u guys.. did ur sister get her BVL?
