Not eligible questions

Hi All

I keep getting profile ineligible when I apply for express entry,

I have an ECA which gives me the equivalent of a 2 year qualification at college in Canada related to my job.
I have 3 years nearly 4 (in July) experience
I have IELTS with (Listening:8, speaking: 9, reading:8, writing: 6.5 (done last April 2015)
I'm in skill NOC 2242 skill level B
No valid job offer
I have $20000 Canadian to take and I'm the only applicant (no family)
I'm 21 years old

My express entry profile bounced back with minimum criteria not met but after reading the minimum criteria I meet all the requirements and score 68 points out of the minimum 67 points.

Please can somebody help me as CIC have no phone number, and I can't find out exactly why my profile isn't getting through? Also it says on the express entry app when it asks about experience how many years experience, I have 3 nearly 4. My options are 1-2 or 4-5 lol there is no 3 year option so I had to put 1-2 even though I have over 3.

I'm well confused and now thinking I've wasted loads of money and time.

I found out this was because I did not include all my qualifications even the ones not included on the ECA.

I am now eligible and in the pool.
