@ rudolf: i received their email last Feb.21 and still im waiting for my documents to be returned...

Here's a part of the letter...
This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada as a Federal Skilled Worker. I have now completed the assessment of your application and have determined that you are not eligible for processing in this category for the following reason(s):

You have indicated that you have work experience in an occupation with the following NOC (National Occupational Classification) code: XXXXX. Although this NOC code corresponds to the occupations specified in the Instructions identified by the Minister, you have not provided sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all of the essential duties.

After taking into consideration the work experience supporting documentation on file, I am not satisfied that you have performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of 3152. As such, I am not satisfied that you are a XXXXXX.

I think u should use d description of duties for ur NOC on the CIC site to draw uo ur letter from ur employer. And using extra sheets give more detailed explanation of ur core responsibilities under ur NOC and re-apply ASAP b4 d CAP is reached. Thats what i feel 8)

yes they should have requested us to submit additional evidence and not reject us instantly...sigh... ???
anyway let us try again... :D

Remember CIC isn't your mother, so they don't make allowances, you either submit a complete application without holes, or they return it, and go on to the next application.

thank you guys for your advice. i will be very vigilant this time and make sure everything is in. but im still waiting for my documents to be returned back to me :(
