Can someone please be able to help me why my profile has been termed as ineligible to be in the pool at very first attempt of submitting it?

These are my details:

Self:
Details: 30, M, Married.
Citizenship: India
Education: Masters, USA, evaluated.
Bachelors, India, evaluated.
Skilled worker category: NOC 2173 - Software engineers and designers.
Experience in USA: 7+ years as Software Applications - Engineer/Developer/Programmer.
Funds: CAD$25000.
IELTS: R:8.5, L:7.0, S:8.0, W:7.0.
Relatives in Canada?: Uncle is Canadian Citizen.
Canadian Visa?: Multiple-entry Visitor Visa.
Any criminal record?: No.


Spouse:
Details: 27, F, Married.
Citizenship: India
Education: High School Graduate, not evaluated.
Work Experience: None.
IELTS: None.
Relatives in Canada?: No.
Canadian Visa?: Multiple-entry Visitor Visa.
Any criminal record?: No.

No dependent children.

Willing to re-submit again, but NOT sure what to do differently...!

Did you mention 7 years of full time 30+ hours per week experience? I've seen people make a mistake there and say they've worked 8 hours a day.

You are eligible it seems you are making some errors while filling details. How old is your IELTS? Education evaluated through which institution?

I have mentioned "40 hours per week" full-time with option "6 or more" years of experience selected in my profile.
 
I used your details and the results show I'm eligible. I chose Ontario.

Did you choose Quebec as your destination province? That might have caused the issue
 
Have you entered the ECA details in the education section? There were cases were people had answered a question wrong and the field for entering ECA was not displayed.

I did enter ECA report number from my report for both of my degrees. But i have one doubt about it though, that my actual Reference # is only a number like 1234 as i see it in my WES online account, BUT the report shows few alphabets at the end of it like 1234IMIM. I have typed it with alphabets as is in my report.
Not sure if this makes any difference.
