Not able to update address for PR card delivery

I have COPR through PNP stream and will be going to Regina Saskatchewan Canada next month.I have a layover of 11 hours at Toronto airport.Can I go outside and roam around city after getting clearance from CBSA/immigration......?
  1. Or can I get direct flight from Delhi to Toronto first n start my next journey for Regina after one or two days
 
After first landing you become PR of Canada and you can:
a) Take 11 hours tour of Toronto
b) Stay in Toronto for 1-2 days
c) Ditch your flight of Regina and stay in Toronto forever. Just do not let CBSA agent at first landing know this plan ;)

I have my uncle in Toronto n can stay with him and get a job but as I was applied PNP through Saskatchewan so I heard that if someone having PNP for a peeticrtiucular destination need to land there (also mentioned in COPR) n have to stay there for 2years...
But at IRCC website there is nothing about this information
 
I have booke my ticket from Delhi to Regina Canada....it is a Air China and will have a layover of 4hours at beijing and a 5 hours at Vancouver before landing in to final destination Regina....
It shows a message that you have muliple PNR and may need a Transut Visa and to check in your luggage again...

What that mean...?
Should I go with this booking....?
I have indian Passport and has acquired COPR
 
Is there any specific rule if someone is going from India to Canada with COPR and also carrying 5000 Canadian dollars? Is there any kind of proof required to declare the money at Indian Airport Custom department....

One of my friend recently visited China and he was aksed to show proofs for the money (1000 dollars) he had in his pocket...
 
I sent a webform and followed it up with a call. They had caught up on my right address. However I noticed that they sometimes seem to mix up mailing with residential address, so it's good to have that too confirmed

Hi, Mahi2020...3 years on and the issue has still not been fixed :) Still having the same issue! Want to check - once we send in the fax, do we get any sort of acknowledgment of the address updation/acceptance? How do we monitor PR card progress in that case?
 
No, It's been close to 5 months. Our photos got rejected once, sent new photos again 2 weeks ago, no answer yet. :(
