Hi all members I reapplied for SOWP offline on 3rd march 2020 along with visitor visa for my child , on 5 th of March I was trying to link my application to online account and it showed that we found 1 application but when I linked it that was my earlier refused application dated November 3rd 2019 but I was able to link my child's application to the account, i would like to ellaborate this as my 2nd file was applied online through a rcic consultant in Brampton and when I was linking my application it asked me to upload cancel of representative form which I did but today if I try to again link my file it shows up already linked but that is my older application, kindly guide me or if any1 had a same problem then plz share with me
