Not able to get the college to sent information to ECA authority.

We are trying to get ECA for our education in India. As per the requirement for our country (India), the college should be sending the transcript to ECA certification authority (WES). Unfortunately, we are not able to contact our university, or have them mail the letter to the WES in Canada. We had tried contacting them multiple time (we are in US now), but no success yet.

Is there any other way to get it certified from ECA. Can we have the transcript attested by an authority and sent it? Please let me know if there is any way around this?

Unfortunately no. The transcripts have to be issued by the University and they can either be sent directly to WES or sent to you so that you can forward them to WES at your end.

There are agencies who can do this for you. Search the forum for member opinions on these agencies before deciding.
