Not able to download Ecopr

Hi, I received my PR on September 10th 2021 and just forgot to download Copr and now login in to my pr portal it shows incorrect password so basically I don’t have Ecopr right now and the password is also wrong so I am not getting the link to reset the password.
I have already submitted for replacement of document as we need it for the citizenship so can you please help me what are the other options ?

I think it has 30 days to download otherwise it disappears. Try raising a webform. Try to remember if you had submitted it anywhere like registry.

I have applied for replacement of document it’s almost 4 months ago still haven’t received any updates.

Should I call IRCC or raise the webform is good option
