Not able to apply for super visa. It is showing visiting visa as the only option.

Where can I start the process to apply for Super visa? I have logged in into the cic online account and I don't see any option for Super visa. I only see an option for visiting visa.

I also tried 'Determine your eligibility' online app (here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/getting-started.asp ), and after entering my mom's details, I only see visiting visa as the only option for above 6 months.

Where can I start the application for Super visa? Everything online points to my mom being eligible, but unfortunately, I am not able to find the place to start the process.

Any help will be deeply appreciated.

A super visa is a type of 'Visit visa'.

You'll need to select 'Super visa - Parents and grandparents' in the 'Details of visit to Canada' i.e. Question 1 'Purpose of visit' section of the application form
