I am drafting LOE for study permit application. Not sure whether the followings act as tie to home country or (can actually backfire!!) not. Please advise. Thanks in advance.
1. Educational Loan from a bank in home country (~14000CAD)
2. Parent's property (residential house); consider the fact that the applicant is only child, married and sponsoring herself independently for the study in Canada. Spouse of the applicant is already on study permit in Canada.
3. A letter from a company (where the applicant did an internship) states that they are willing to hire her upon completion of the said program in Canada.
