Hello i applied for a study visa and i received a procedural fairness letter that stated

i am not satisfied that you are a genuine student.
Please clearly state in what ways completing another college diploma in your field of study will help you in your homecountry.

i have done a 6 month college program in network administration in my country and i have a certificate of achievement.

I need an advice what to do.
