It's almost certainly a scam. You need to post the full job offer letter here and we will then be able to tell you. If they are offering free flights, food, or accommodations - then it's definitely a scam.
Note that just because the company has a website does not mean it is real. Scammers often create fake company websites - it's very common for this to happen.
That's too much money. Visas do not costs that much.
What do you mean by "pay at the canada immigration"?

It is not real and they want to dupe people and take money from innocent people. I received an offer from Northstone Construction Company and after signing and submitting the offer letter and contract agreement. They told me to send money to one Canada Immigration, stating the amount of money I am to pay to them. It is false and they're not real.
It is almost impossible to secure a job from outside of Canada although you can of course check out sites such as Indeed or Linkedin
Woow, so im not the only one who recieved a job offer letter from Northstone constructions. I thought it was genuine
