I sent an email to my employer and they replied that they are short listing candidates for interviews.
Hoping to get an email for interview.
Its not 3-4 months. 3 months to receive the AOR from NS. From submission to decision of PR is 1 year. Check the below link.

Most likely the processing time for RNIP is the same as for AIPP about ~6 months

Please be informed that it does not about Google search matter,
I am struggling to find any valid job offer at any place in Canada two years ago but no luck!
I have already tried to search at all official web sites including which you just shared, but no response!
Honestly, I don't know what and where the wrong with me?
Hence, Simply my question at this form to get from the other experiences like who were lucky to get a valid job offer to guide me on how to do it in an extraordinary way?

For rural immigration you’d have to go to the websites of the communities who participate in this program. There you can find all the open positions for which you can apply then.
To mention , getting an job offer from outside Canada is really hard and you need to have a lot of luck too.
Do you have your ielts ,eca and we’ll written cover letter and resume in the Canadian standard ?
