Just go with whoever is cheapest. Immigration medical is so basic anyways that whoever is "best" is not really relevant.

Yes cheapest is the best. Has nothing to do with best. The follow one protocol and thats it. I'm doing mine soon but going with emedical doc and its cheaper too.
