I was given the fingerprinting request and received the same day of my test in Octber 6th. I got those done last week however I am curious do I have to send the fingerprints received from agency to CIC or the same will be done by RCMP. Is there any action from my side which is required.

No, you don't need to do anything, RCMP sends the result to CIC directly within 5-10 business days.

wow lucky you. Can you elaborate on how it all went? How did the interview go? What documents were they interested in? Did you have your passport translated?

For the same day oath, did they send you an official oath letter sent to you along with test letter?

Arrived 8.30 long line up, Passport, PR and AB health care checked. I have no any other language stamps on my passport.

Gave test 9.00, pass 18/20

13.30 Oath Ceremony began
15.30 Obtained the cert.

The agent who verify my documents, she was very friendly didn't ask much just where do I work and a bit chat about Thailand where I come from.

Good luck to all of you. I'll stop by this forum if time allows.

Good bye.
