me the same day test date passed july 21 /2015 , applied on august 9 th /2013, waiting for the oath , the officier told me 1 to 3 months
hopefully, we ll receive the oath soon

My ECAS history so far:

• We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on July 17, 2014.
• We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on July 17, 2014.
• We started processing your application on September 25, 2014.
• We sent you a notice on June 19, 2015 to appear and write the citizenship test on July 15, 2015 at 9:00 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.

I was asked on the test day to submit translation for an old passport that I did not happen to have entry/exit stamp translations for. I submitted the translation the week after. Today my ECAS status has changed to Decision Made.

Hi Sanny,

I am assuming you haven't had the oath yet? When did you take the test? Have you ever called CIC call centre? I was told that after the test if I had not received the notification within 6 months, I can call CIC call centre after 6 months from my test.

I passed the test on 13 th may,and i was handed fingerprint request on same day. CIC received security clearance from RCMP on 27 th may,and the ATIP says my paper file was last updated on june 23 by an officer.It also says oath is due on 1st Dec 2015, not sure what that mean! i did call cic but they refuse to provide any update but my MP office will get back to me probably end of this week with the available update on my file.

Thanks Sanny27. I don't know the definition of the "due date" in your case. Hope someone can explain it to you! Good luck! I had contacted my MP too, was told that I am in the queue, but they don't know when I will have the oath!
