Few people did get their Test invitation letters on May 9th. Think none of these guys saw an update on ECAS. So make sure that someone is physically checking your mail if your outside of Calgary.

Saw a message from a.R that prompted me to check ecas and guess wat 
We sent you a notice on May 8, 2014 to appear and write the citizenship test on May 28, 2014 at 10:30 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.
from ecas. i didnt get the mail yet.cos it has been just 1 business day

Yes, I've heard about ECAS updates on weekends and public holidays. Your file was transferred on the same date and dineshabe, so I would prepare for the test around May 28, if i was you. In your case you might get the letter within a week without any update on ECAS.

Yes it is. As per the sheet, you should've got the notification on ECAS already. As i said earlier that most probably in your case you might just get the letter directly without a notification on ECAS. But i might be wrong. Call CIC agent and see what they say. I'm sure you'll get the letter in a week or so.
