Noob alert! Does 429 CRS has any scope?

I field my EE profile last month with 434, and 39th B'day in a week reduced the points to 429. Does it have any scope? Saw the latest draw had 445 cut-off, and there about 16k people in > 420 CRS score. So wondering if there's any chance.

Do they always pick the top 440+ scores or is there chance of this getting lowered? Has anyone got a job sitting in their native country?

Thanks, please point me to any old thread, if any. Tried searching but too many threads.

looks like you maxed out. its tough for us old people. the age drags down the score a lot. they really need to do something about the age factor. its unfair as it stands.

One possibility is making your spouse as primary in case he/she is a few years younger to you and also has 3+ years work ex.

Thanks. Yes, considering that, but that might lead us to just 5 more points, so back to 434. So won't still put over the 440 bar. :-(

Why don't you have a signature? Any reason?

i will, as soon as i figure out how. there aren't many pnp-o candidates so might not be that helpful to others.
How to do it: Click your user name at the top right corner, you'll see personal details, signature, contact details, etc. Click Signature and fill in whatever you want.
