Nonreceipt of Passports and Visas from Newyork Canadian Consulate General

Dear all,

I have not received my 4 passports and visas from Newyork Canadian Consulate General. I had applied in person on 27thApril,2012. Lady in the interview told me to submit USPS express mail envelope for getting it at my temporary address of USA, i.e. Boston. Till today on 30th April,2012 I have not received it. From 8th May,2012 my purchased tour is starting. Can anyone guide what to do? Should I go in person again to Newyork?

Do you get anything when you use the track and confirm section of the usps.com web site? Express Mail updates are usually only an hour or two behind at worst.

Can you please help or guide me ? What is the process to apply in person ? Their website says drop box which confuses me ? Also I read that if you apply in person, you need to collect back in person ? Is that true ?
