We applied for spouse visa in august and still our status is Application Received & Medical Result have been Received

anyone have any idea is there any way to speed up through go to MP or etc....

From your older posts, I see you're going through London. When did you get sponsor approval? September or October? That's when the nine months for London's processing starts, not when you initially sent your application to Mississauga in August.

If you take a look at the spreadsheet linked in my signature, you'll see that London is working on September/October approvals right now. Keep in mind that non-UK citizens generally have a longer processing time due to the various background checks that need to be conducted in other countries.

You can't speed up the application; however, you can get more information about your file by ordering the the notes on your file to see where the VO is at in the process. You can also contact your MP if you want more information on your file. I haven't done this yet as I'm waiting for six months to pass since my approval.

Unfortunately there isn't anything you can do to speed it up, as you are still well within the processing times. As blueboom said, that's 9 months from the time that London, not Mississauga, receives your app, so you have several months to go still.

You can speak to your MP's office but they prob won't do anything until you hit the 9 month mark. My MP said CIC pretty much doesn't respond with anything but the standard "waiting for processing" before the processing time is up.

I know it sucks but you're just gonna have to wait it out

CIC approved my sponsor in October and then i have received an email from London office saying that they can not continue my application without CSQ. Then i applied my CSQ and its approved and MICC sent the copy of my CSQ to London Office Electronically and i also sent the copy of CSQ to london office in January

when my time will starts. after Approval from CIC or after sending my CSQ

Most likely after approval from CIC, and you can see that they have already opened your file as they saw that the CSQ was missing. So now your file is complete, they can start looking at it. You've waited already 5 months, so hopefully you will hear soon. Remember - the 9 months is the time it takes to process 80% of the applications, so it can be faster, but it can also be longer if some forms are missing etc.
