Hi, if I have duolingo for admission to university and then apply for study permit, non SDS, can I submit my Ielts general, or I have to take academic? I know duolingo is not valid for study permit application, but I am confused what to do after (if i get university acceptance)
Proficiency of English is not mandatory for visa purposes but may help your application

Ok buy to help my application can I submit general ielts, as I have that one, I don’t wanna waste money for one more test (academic) if I don’t have to
WEll i am soo happy to help you the answer is yes if you are not applying through non sds stream submit you duolingo english test I swear I did and got approval
