Non-SDS Upfront Medical

What are the chances of approval/rejection after the upfront medical is passed in the non-SDS stream?

As I understand, VO has to check the client information attachment to see the medical exam sheet and manually update it in the system using the UMI number. The medical is not updated automatically in their system.
