I got offer letter form CCSQ college Montreal under NON-SDS, We are going to submit the fee on Feb 28 for Sept 2020. I just wonder , Is anyone experiencing for CCSQ college , Please let me know , It that right college? Anyone got visa for that college , Thanks in Advance!!

Hey! I am about to apply for study permit from Dubai in a week and am just in the middle of arranging all my paperwork. My details -

• 25 yr old, female, unmarried
• Dubai born and raised
• Indian by origin
• Bachelors Degree in Business Admin. - Marketing with CGPA 3.5/5 ( 4 yrs degree - WES approved)
• 3 yrs experience as Marketing Executive

I have an admission offer letter from York University - Schulich school of business, Toronto, for 1 year full-time Masters of Marketing program starting Fall 2020 term.

My concern is -

1. What is the probability that I will get my study permit in first try (to your best knowledge)?
2. What are the possible road-blocks I may face?
3. Anything I should focus on specifically to make my profile more impressive?
4. I will be partly funding my education with the assistance of my father (and am also hoping to get a part-time job there) - how can I best communicate this in my SOP/LOE - without alarming the visa officer of my intention to stay there after studies?

Yes for sure, go ahead and don't forget to add well written SOP to justify loopholes if you have any in your career or life.

I applied for non sds visa on 13th Oct 2020. I attached all relevant documents, ITR of parents, first sem tuition fee, gic and 20 lac loan sanctioned letter. IELTS score is 7 over all and not less than 6 in each. The course is also relevant to my field. Is it possible to get non sds visa in 1-2 months at this point of time or it may take more time. My classes are starting in Jan2021.

Hey buddy,
firstly I am not an expert so the decision should be completely yours.
Secondly I know nothing about Montreal and colleges in montreal.
As per the research which I've done mostly all the college's in ontario are similar the only thing which differentiate them is where they are located and opportunities in those region.
If I was you I would have gone for st. Claire but decision should be completly yours.
Windsor as a city is very self sufficient and your expenses will be a little less compared Montreal
You can watch SRN academy's videos on YouTube as many of his videos are made in Windsor so you would get a brief idea about the city and opportunities in windsor.

This is kinda off-topic, I received a letter of acceptance from St. Claire College, Windsor, My IELTS score is overall 6 but I got 5.5 in 2 bands this score satisfies my college not sure if it will satisfy the VO, Do you have any advise?

As per my knowledge, u need to have 5.5 band in any one module, if u can retake the exam than that's good, if not u can apply under non SDS category with complete documents and try ur luck!
