Non SDS offline applications- May 2020 - Timelines

Hello everyone,

If anyone applied in Non-SDS category for May 2020, we can share the timelines here.
 
So this is my 2nd application. I got refused 1st time(Processed in Edmonton) under 216(A).
I applied in VFS Chandigarh. My application was forwarded to New Delhi.

Profile-
10th - 9.6 CGPA,
12th- 66%
BCA(Graduation) -78% (No Backlogs),
IELTS - 6.5 (No less than 6).

Refused 1st Time(SDS Application)- Based on Course. Major Reason was that VO thought course content I am planning to pursue has already been covered and unclear career path (Info From Kaips).

Reapplied with new SOP clarifying the reasons of refusal.

Applied on Feb 28 Non-SDS.
Medical Passed - 4th March
Correspondance Letter - 17th March.
Current Status: Applications being processed at VAC, New Delhi.

I saw some threads saying in most cases it takes roughly less than a week to get decision after getting correspondance letter. Is that true ?
