May 19 - Biometrics done in Makati

Hi Good evening, Yes we did our medicals upfront. Status show that “we will let you know when we start reviewing the eligibility and no further request for additional documents.

Unfortunately, got refused June 25..
Grounds are no enough fund and strong ties in Canada. She sent request for reconsideration July 1 but havent heard back. Good luck everyone!

Hi Nanika, yes my spouse and son received PPR on 27th July 2022, Visa got stamped as well. My SOWP had some clerical error on reviewing upfront medical and just got passed on 2nd Sep 2022. Currently eligibility is under review and expecting it to be approved in next couple of weeks.

July 7, 2022- Upfront medical
August 23, 2022-Submission Confirmation
August 23, 2022-Biometrics Collection Letter
August 26, 2022- Biometrics completed
August 29, 2022 - passed the medical exam.
Eligibility-We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.

my school gave me till October 1 to give them the visa copy, i am worried that we might not get the visa by October 1 as per the stated processing time. but im still hoping as i read some cases here who got their visa in 4 weeks time. the school said if i don't get the visa by October 1 I should notify them and update them till i get the visa. once visa is approved they will check the availability of the seat and update me.

we have relatives in Winnipeg, but i got accepted in Assiniboine Brandon so we will be staying in Brandon.

same to you, if ever please update us here in forum if you book your flight. I heard we can only leave 28 days before our first day of school? otherwise we get offloaded from Philippine airport. not sure if the policy is the same if you travel from other country to Canada. anyways, God bless you and your family.
