Delhi, Coudnt raise a waveform because of the technical glitch. However, directly sent them an email CCing all the possible relevant mail ids. Unfortunately, a very general reply was received weeks before.

idk what are they doing delaying this many applications! I hope we hear something before we have to defer our programs

I really can't defer, PhD admission is one time in a year. I have already registered for my courses. Let's hope for a positive update soon.
