non-routine Visitor Visa

I submitted a TRV visa application for my sister in August 2023. I have been in contact with my Member of Parliament (MP) to inquire about the delay, and an officer from IRCC informed that it is a non-routine application.
I would appreciate any suggestions you may have.
Should I consider reapplying or would it be better to wait for a decision?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Why would you reapply ? The original application is just in a que to be worked

Have you ordered GCMS notes to find out why the application is non routine? I would not reapply. I don't think this will solve anything.

I did not place an order for GCMDS. Do you believe it will be beneficial?

Notes may tell you why it is non-routine. Where is she from? Did she provide her own documentation (bank statements)? Where has she travelled? Does she have any arrests?

I have uploaded all of her documents. if I request GCMDS and it indicates what the problem is, am I able to take action to resolve the issue?

If you know why application was refused, then right away. If reasons were generic then get GCMS notes. If refused again, then wait several months.
