It has been 3 months since AOR and I still haven't receive the PAL. I saw other applicants with the same AOR date got it within 1 to 2 months. My AOR date is Jan 8. Is that normal?

This is a generic email, nothing to do about it. At least your application is moving.

Hi,

I will be applying inland. If I want to include proof of funds for my bank accounts in Canada, should I only use the monthly bank statements that are digitally generated under my online accounts documents (such that I merge the statements from the last 6 months into a single file)? Or do I need to request a bank letter from my home branch summarizing the funds in my accounts?
