Hi all,

I have a question regarding how to organize the submission of translated documents in my PR application.

Basically, I have my police certificate translated inside Canada by a certified translator. The translation consists of:
1. Page 1: Translator's statement (This exists in each PDF file I have from the translator as I am translating multiple documents other than the police certificate)
2. Page 2: The translation of the document, stamped and signed by the translator,
3. Page 3: A printout of the original document stamped and signed by the translator

So, my questions are:
1. Should I include a scanned copy of the original document (other than the printout of the original, which is stamped by the translator)?
2. If yes, in which order should I do it? For example, should I put the vanilla original document on page 1, and on page 2, I put the translation? Or should I first begin with the translation and put the vanilla original copy at the end of the PDF file?
3. Above all, should I merge all of these documents into a single file and just submit it?

I am just a bit nervous that the officer might miss any of these documents and, hence, return the application, claiming it is incomplete.

Thanks.

Create a new account "new GCkey" > create and submit new EE profile via the new account > link it to your old account

I had the same issue and raised a web form and got the following reply from IRCC

"Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We verified the information you provided. Since you already have a permanent residence application linked to your online account, the system will not offer the option to start an Express Entry (EE) profile simultaneously in the same account.

If you want to submit an EE profile, you may create a new online account and submit a profile via this new account.

Once the profile has been submitted, you will have the option to link your EE profile to your previous online account if you would like."

Thank you very much. This worked! appreciate the help

was wondering if an inland applicant got medical request while travelling outside of Canada, can they do medical outside of Canada? or they need to do it within Canada?

One question: When I got the AOR, I received three emails. One was the AOR, the second one had the Biometrics Instruction Letter, and the last one with instructions to link my application to my online account. Now, I want to apply for a bridging open work permit (BOWP), but when I was watching an instructional video about it, the person mentions that in the Optional Documents > Client Information section you attach, along with a valid work permit, a copy of the AOR document. But I only got an email acknowledging that they received my application with no PDF document attached. Is the email good enough to be attached? The video is from a year ago, so I don't know if maybe is just outdated information

Use that AOR email. They seem only to send emails now.

Please I need help!!!

My spouse who once applied for study permit but denied didn't declare a secondary school certificate during the study permit application, but we now declared it now through webform in our PR application, she is one of my dependent and we didn't claim point for it. Can it affect our PR application ?

I'm trying to fill the form IMM 5707, but in the spaces for putting the signature the document won't let me write anything. How am I is supposed to fill it?

Also, in the document checklist, Schedule 1 IMM 5257 appears as an optional document, but if I click the "?" button it says that I must provide a Schedule 1 declaration. Do I have to or not? I'm currently living and working in Canada, so it doesn't make sense to me to fill the "Application for a Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside Canada"

Yesterday, I got 2 requests which as follows:
1. Police Certificate: Police clearance certificate from India. This must be received at this office by: 2025/05/02
2. Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature. This must be received at this office by: 2025/04/09

Now I have the Police Certificate but it was issued on 21/08/2024 so do I have create it again? Now this is for my son and he is in India.

and for Schedule A how to submit the form with hand written sign? Can you please provide the link for form 5669?

I am under so much stress i've applied in Aug 2024 for non express entry and after the biometrics got no response about it . I have applied for lmia exempt work permit as well in Aug but no update on that as well . I don't know what to do. I've contact Mp's webforms but nothing helped .

Dude, you don't know what stress is. My AOR is April 4, 2023, and I'm stuck on military verification and background checks even though I didn't serve in the army and my BC was started on Nov 28, 2023.

Is your work permit expired as well?

Take it easy. I also applied for the lmia exempt work permit. I got it within 3 months. There had no updates until it was approved.
