Yesterday, applicants from Aug 26-28 were getting AOR. You should get yours within the next days.

I am scared that they might return my file cos we have'nt submitted my spouse's birth certificate even though he is the secondary applicant .
Hi, is there any spreadsheet like that already for people who applied on Sep 24?
If you submitted something close to a similar identification , and explained via a letter of explanation...then maybe they will consider it. From what i understand original Birth certificates are required, i could be wrong though. I hope all goes well for you.
But i don't know where to submit it as he didn't had his birth certificate so our agent submitted his school certificates and passport. Don't know what will happen
It scares me alot . It has started to give me nightmares what if they'll return it . It won't be a hustle if they'll ask for ADR but what if the rejeceted it
You have to send copy of your PR card along with copy of marriage certificate to CIC to update his marital status. They won't add you in his application as you are already PR and there won't be any additional processing pr verification on his application due to marital status change.
Since you haven't t received your Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR) yet, your application is still in the completeness check stage. Missing the photo specification document might lead to a request for additional documents (ADR) or, in the worst case, a return of your application if IRCC considers it incomplete. However, in many cases, they issue an ADR rather than returning the entire application for minor issues like this.
What You Can Do:
1. Submit a Webform ASAP Explain the situation and attach the missing document with your application details (UCI, full name, etc.).
2. Wait for IRCCs Decision “ If they notice the issue before processing further, they might send an ADR instead of returning the application.
Since you applied recently and haven't t received AOR yet, there's s a chance they might still accept the missing document via webform. Let me know if you need help drafting a message!
If nomination is still valid, you just simply rectify mistake and change new dates on all form and submit it again with same fees receipt. You don't need to extend your nomination if it's still valid.
You can do either way . You can do upfront and send it there webform or wait for them to request new one .
