Yes same as mine I got the Portal 1 on the day of final decision then after 5 days Portal 2 which was on December 9. Still waiting for ecopr

Have you tried calling IRCC? I've heard from other threads that calling IRCC helped them get portal 1 and 2 emails quicker.

Yes, I called them and sent webforms, always the same answer "its processing".
