Thank you @missbee for your reply. So, what does it means primary and secondary visa office? If it’s still in Sydney office ? When it go to secondary office? Is there any steps in which they have to transfer from primary to secondary?Etobicoke office is pretty slow these days . If your primary office is Sydney, your application is still processing in Sydney.

If you are Main applicant , you only get PAL and you don’t get separate PAL for your spouse. You should submit medical and PCC through webform asap as this will avoid delaying your application. For biometrics, you can call IRCC call centre and ask them to put note on your application about biometric not being sent out.I got pre-arrival letter today without P1 or P2. My spouse who is the dependent hasn't even received biometrics. We did not submit medical or police clearance. @Miss bee is this positive signs, please? Will my husband receive his own pre-arrival letter separately? Can we request biometrics for him to be refunded if he eventually did not provide it since they did not ask? Thank you
I got P2 on September 22nd and still waiting for ECOPR....Hello anyone is same boat?
Got p2 on 8th of october, 2024 still waiting for
E-COPR
Since you are single and have no children, it’s typically fine to leave the “Children” section of IMM5406 (Additional Family Information) blank. However, some immigration officers might expect every field to be addressed explicitly (e.g., entering “N/A” or “None”) to avoid confusion. Here’s what you can do:Hi All, I'm a bit worried about my applicaiton because I have kept the Children section of IMM5406 as blank (I'm single btw), so is there a chance that my application will be returned? Is there anything that i can do now to correct it? Should i send a webform to correct it? if so, what would be my UCI number? is it the same as the one on the work permit? Can anyone shed some light on it?
No if you filled it and it’s doesn’t show now it’s technical glitch which happened with many people.@Miss bee Good afternoon,
My wife and I have submitted the application.
There is an issue with our native language. The forms we filled out on the PR portal mentioned that we have to write names in native language as well.
However, after submitting the application, we found that the forms don't show the native language properly and showed black boxes.
Picture:
We have submitted the webform with to provide the list of all the name in both English and Native language in MS word format.
My question is, would something like this causethe officer(s) to return our application?
Is the MSword name list would be adequate?
Or should we refill all the forms again and submit the webform?
No need just wait. It won’t be returned.Hi Miss bee, i hope you are having a great Sunday, i just noticed that my picture didnt contain my name and DOB yet i uploaded it. Would it risk my application to be returned? Should i get a new one ASAP?
Hi @Miss bee I want to ask something about PVO. So how about if you are an inland applicant, is there a fixed assigned PVO per province?primary and secondary visa offices refer to the locations or units handling the processing of your visa application. Here’s what each means:
1. Primary Visa Office
• This is the main office responsible for your application, often assigned based on the country or region where you submitted it.
• For example, if you applied for a Canadian visa from India, the primary office could be the Visa Application Center (VAC) in New Delhi or a nearby embassy/consulate.
• It handles the initial review, document submission, and assessments to ensure that all the required information is complete.
2. Secondary Visa Office
• If needed, the application can be transferred to a secondary office for further processing. This usually happens for specialized checks, background verification, or workload distribution.
• The secondary office might be located in Canada (for applications to IRCC) or another region with specific expertise, such as handling security checks, medical reviews, or interviews.
