• 9th September - Got ADR for PCC (To submit by 9th November)
• 18th September - Applied at BLS(walk-in)
• 19th September - In transit from BLS to CGI
• 20th September - Under Process at CGI
• 2nd October - Under review at CGI
• 4th October - Police Verification Initiated
• 5th October - Police Verification Done
• 9th October - PV report is clear. PCC is available for issuance
• 16th October - PCC is printed.

If no further delays, I would get PCC before Wednesday (23rd) next week.

You can do upfront medical anytime . Once you are done with medical, send emedical sheet with webform when you get AOR .

My friend got one PCC with Photo directly from police station somewhere in Punjab and he has already got P1 mail.

I enquired in my State regarding the same they told only some states offer that and I have to apply through BLS only.

when did u submit ur application? And when u got invitation ? What is the timeline after submitting ur application?
