No issue at all. Wait for AOR and then call them or send webform to change your address.

Hello @Miss bee I hope you are doing well!

I have sent the information requested for Portal 2 almost a month ago. I was wondering if you may know how much time is currently taking to receive COPR after sending Portal 2 information?

I appreciate your help, I'm looking forward to your response :)

Sorry, I don’t understand where is the issue. You can’t issue a PCC for your wife for what reason? If she’s a citizen from India she should be able to request a PCC.

You can submit medical anytime. Even the old medical sheet used in prior permits (study, work) is still valid as per IRCC’s new update.

I hope you are talking about Canadian Residency Address Proof to be submitted at BLS. I had the same issue, my wife recently moved to Canada and IRCC requested PCC, so here what I did.

1) Rent Agreement - Asked my Landlord to add my wife name in Lease agreement. Took just one day to get new agreement.
2) Tenant Insurance - Added her name in Tenant Insurance. Got new insurance certificate within 30 min.
3) Power and Internet Bill - Added her name in both bill although they refused to take internet bill. You will get new bills as per your billing cycle.

Hope this resolve your issue.

You can easily get in 60 days.
Here's my timeline [Vancouver Jurisdiction]
  • 9th September - Got ADR for PCC (To submit by 9th November)
  • 18th September - Applied at BLS(walk-in)
  • 19th September - In transit from BLS to CGI
  • 20th September - Under Process at CGI
  • 2nd October - Under review at CGI
  • 4th October - Police Verification Initiated
  • 5th October - Police Verification Done
  • 9th October - PV report is clear. PCC is available for issuance
  • 16th October - PCC is printed.
If no further delays, I would get PCC before Wednesday (23rd) next week.

Also, post your comments in below thread as well, that's dedicated to PCC only. So you will get more PCC answers over there
