Hello guys,
I am not sure it is a normal case or not. I really appreciate any information or advice.
I received the AOR with a bio letter the same day (me and my spouse) through an e-mail and had given bio at next few days. The new bio ID is available on my application and valid till May 2034.
In my application, there is NO message about bio and it says NO need to do bio.
Today I received the new message about the medical, it is PASSED . Please note I have not yet received any request for a medical as well as not take any medical test.

Thanks again, in this case they inform IRCC, will they put hold on the application or just reject it?
Everyone timeline and process is different. You can expect anything by Mid November or end of this year.
yeah but the thing is i am going to India this october 2024 and coming back in November my work permit is expired today and my BOWP application is in progress. What should i do?
No can leave Canada on maintained status but won’t be able to return. You will get work permit by November.

I asked for any sort of proof screenshot or reference number, but all they're saying is we don't have anything official and couldn't find the receipt on the employer portal as well. They are not providing me any other confidential information.
But they did make the payment and I have the Offer of Employment number and the job offer is genuine as well.
I don't have anything which can prove the payment. Can I apply for closed work permit without this? if Yes, is it okay to attach an explanation letter or something which can help understand the situation?? I am a little bit worried because my current PGWP is expiring in 30 days.

A quick question,
after submitting application online and waiting for the decision, during this time frame when the visa expiry date is due, would it be considered as implied status until the decision is made or would it be advised to apply for relevant visa (extension/bridge)

Applying for PR application doesn’t give you implied status automatically. It’s your responsibility to maintain your status in Canada. You should apply to extend your stay in Canada before expiry of your current status.
Is it possible to apply for Visitor visa while PR processing? Assuming work permit is expiring soon.
Are you inside Canada now? If so, apply to extend your stay as a visitor. (not visitor visa which will allow you to enter Canada as a visitor)
I’m in Canada working now. I’m exploring my options early in case if my employer won’t support my closed work permit before my pwgp expires in December.
I already have a visitor visa to enter and it’s tied to my pgwp expiry date.
Then extend your stay as visitor. So you have already submitted your PR application? Under what stream?
