Hi All - Is it normal for IRCC to request for documents you have already submitted before - especially if it shows on your profile that they have received the said documents.
I have been getting messages asking me for Medical Examination and Police Certificate... I have provided both before. Medical examination shows completed on my profile

Yes it’s pretty normal. IRCC can request same documents anytime in processing stage .

Secondary Office: Centralized Intake Office

The secondary office is Montreal Immigration.

1. Can she submit the POF/ SOA she used during PNP nomination or,

2. Submit POF on IRCC website?

If you are PNP nominated, you don’t need to show POF . You just need to put amount whatever is in your account. There is no certain requirement to meet those funds.

Thank you for your response, in my case, there is a request of updated POF from the VO, should I give them the POF I used for PNP or the one on IRCC website?
