Hi Team,
I got my ecopr yesterday. I got an email today saying we updated your application status. However when I login I do not see any updates in my gc key. Anything I am missing here ?
If you already got ECOPR , you don’t have to worry about anything. You are all done with process. Application will be closed in GCKey.

Just received a GCMS note;

Eligibility: passed
Security: in Progress
Criminality: passed
Medical: passed
Info Sharing: complete
Final: ?!!!!!

In Page 2, there is a due date for Security which 2024/03/14. assigned to somebody on 2023/10/05!
Looks like everything is completed, but they just put the final decision on hold for an unknown reason!
hope your security will conclude soon! once it’s done your final will show Approved.
If it’s a record check, it will only take a few days. If a check doing by other departments like CBSA or CSIS, we don’t know how long

@Naturgrl
Thank you for information :) .
I would like to ask that when can I apply ?how long I should wait as Im currently working under the same employer in india. but now on LMIA im moving to Canada into NS province.

as per the below information
"
Eligibility Requirements for the Nova Scotia Skilled Worker Stream

small clarification,

* If applying from outside Canada, provide proof of legal status in their current country of residence.

* six (6) months of work with the same employer and indicators of success in the application; it means under the same employer in outside canada branch the employee works more than 6 month can directly apply to PR NON EE under this path??

Shall I go ahead and apply for PR immediately as soon as I land in couple of moths if my employer ready to support me..!
Please advise or how long should I wait.??

Please advise .

With regard
May

If you have worked 6 months then apply. Don’t know if employer must be designated by the province but you would know that.

Hello All,

After 3 months of waiting, my PR application (PNP - Masters Graduate Stream) was returned with the email stating "As your application does not meet the requirements of R 10 of IRPA, it is considered incomplete and is being returned to you along with your processing fee. A copy of your application has not been retained." as I missed uploading a translated version of a document. Totally my mistake.

I've got a few questions and would really appreciate response from the community:

1. Does the processing fee also includes the bio-metrics and medical as I paid for both upfront?
2. How long does it take to get the processing fee refunded/back into my account? If it takes too long, perhaps I can pay again and not lose time waiting for the refund.
3. Is there a way I can submit a webform and upload the missing document referencing the application number? If they say "A copy of your application has not been retained.", I suppose webform probably is out of question and I will need to resubmit a fresh application.
4. Is there a way shorten the AOR wait time as I don't want to lose another 3 months, which will also make my provincial nomination invalid and I'll have to apply again.

Appreciate your time responding my questions.

Thanks

Hello everyone!

I applied to PNP no-ee inland on August 31st, 2023, and received AOR on January 3rd, 2024 with a request to pay for biometrics. A couple of days after that, I received a request for an updated PCC.
I was wondering, how much time the processing for a PCC usually takes? I have tried to check my application status to see if this step has been completed via the Client Application Status tool but I cannot find my application.

Also, my other question is: I have previously made an IME, but I didn't find an option to submit the IME on the PR portal, I was wondering if I will need to submit this IME later on or if IRCC will be able to find the results of this previously made IME without the need of myself submitting it? I want to be sure my application gets processed ASAP.

If someone has any advice on how to accelerate the whole application process I would appreciate it!

Thanks! :)
Okay so, replying to my last post in case this information can be useful. Today I called IRCC with the purpose of answering these questions.

The PCC I have been requested is still in progress to be received by the Canadian Embassy. I hope this doesn't take much longer since it's been 2 months waiting for it.

As for the IME, it looks like I didn't need to submit my previous medical exam, the officer told me that it has been already marked as completed on my profile.

If I can recommend to everyone something it would be to contact/check tracker every now and then to check the application status.

You can use same fees receipt and have to apply again. Make sure you change all dates with new dates and double check all forms are up to date . If your nomination is valid you can submit application again. It won’t affect anything even if it’s expired after submitting application. You will be back in queue again . You can’t use Webform as application hasn’t been entered into system and was returned without passing R10 stage.
