small clarification,

* If applying from outside Canada, provide proof of legal status in their current country of residence.

* six (6) months of work with the same employer and indicators of success in the application; it means under the same employer in outside canada branch the employee works more than 6 month can directly apply to PR NON EE under this path??

Hello everyone. This group has been an amazing resource for me throughout my PR process (which is now currently over 1 year of processing), so thank you everyone.

I am now waiting for Portal 1. I would be very grateful if someone could please send me the details for the KAI method I have seen spoken about. This seems to work well.

@Miss bee hlo dear,I called ircc today they said in background check info sharing is completed,eligibility in progress nd security not started yet.I applied feb,2023.any idea how much time it will take to get any update?

Today its exactly one year since my submiting for PR, and 2 years since I was invited for provincial nominee at March 1st 2022. Two year trying to get PR its starting to be annoyed with this long process.

Need help:
my application was returned today as it was missing original birth certificate. The original application was submitted on Nov 25th so its more than 90 days old. My PNP certificate is valid until Mar 26th

Can i resubmit the same application by attaching the birth certificates
Or do I need to apply with a fresh application

Hi All,

We have received Portal email today. i think calling IRCC have worked for me.
Below are my timelines:
Expression of interest (PEI) ;16 feb2023
Application submitted: 24th July 2023
ADR and AOR : Nov 28 , 2023 ( for birth certificate and PCC of dependent) submitted on same day via webform
PAL: Dec 4,2023
BIL: Dec 4,2023
BIL submitted : Dec 13, 2023
Medical passed: Jan 16 ,2024
Background Verification: Jan 29.2024

As per IRCC agent , they sent us Portal1 on 30th January , but we did not receive it.
I called IRCC and requested them to resend the portal email and add note to officer for the same.
I received Portal email today .

Awesome, maybe Montreal is the slowest one ‍(I don’t know), 5 weeks from the background check verification and still waiting for rhe portal rmail.
