You can ask for csis note. If it is still in progress, the application could not move..

I think the only thing is to wait. IRCC could not move your application until the csis part is done.

I have the same timeline, I submitted my application on Nov 30, 2022. Everything passed, and now I'm just waiting for the security check to be completed. Unfortunately, the last update I received was in August 2023, when I was asked to submit some additional documents. It's been five months since then, and I'm feeling a bit frustrated not knowing how much longer it will take.
