One of my friend got portal 1 - OINP Masters graduate stream.

I am surprised he got portal 1 within 3 months of applying. He applied in August.

I have observed a pattern in IRCC. Those who have given biometrics they are getting portal emails whereas applications before June 14 ( those who have not given biometrics) are waiting for portal emails for a long time.

Or Etobicoke IRCC don’t have a capability to reduce their backlog. I don‘t understand why they changed SVO from Ottawa to Etobicoke. Probably Ottawa office may have given a portal email.

Hadn't provided BIO before, so did on Nov 14th and got passed on 15th.

Hey guys my tracker is not updating from almost 2 weeks. I called IRCC last week to know about progress on file and in tracker its also not reflecting as ‘we received your inquiry’ but before it always does. What should be the reason of not updating or IRCC already on holiday breaks.

Same with my tracker since 2nd November no update, but they asked ADR after PAL so maybe they are waiting for documents.
