Hello Everyone,
I got ghost update on my GC key account and it say:

"We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.

Latest update:
Final decision - July 17, 2023:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made."

In latest update section, previously it was showing medical passed and date march 13, 2023

My question is What does this update mean?

Our Timelines are pretty similar:

AR 28/10/2022
AOR 15/12/2022
PAL 21/02/2023
MP 21/02/2023 (Old)

I am waiting for the Ghost Update/Portal 1

Waiting for AOR Confirmation...Can anyone help how much time does it take to get file number generated?

Up until a few weeks ago, it took 3–4 weeks to get AoR. But it's summer now, so many IRCC agents are probably away on vacation. Be patient; it might take longer than you think.

Below are the details of our file, for your reference. On 15th May they asked for 1 dependent renewed PP copy, if this wasn't expiring I think we would have got our RFV email on 15th May only.

AR- 28th May 2022.
AOR - 17th Nov 2022.
MP - 1st December 2022.
ADR - 15th May 2023 -renewed pp copy for 1 dependant. It was submitted on 15th June.
COPR number appeared on AST on 20th June.
Gc key status update - Final decision -19th June made.
RFV email - 22nd June 2023.
PP submitted - 26th June 2023 Abu Dhabi VO.
Visa issued - 10th July
Landing before 1st December 2023. (Medical expiry date).
